Losing a loved one is hell, and walking through hell alone can be disorienting. Join us for a 3-hour grief support workshop designed to help you begin to mindfully navigate the various stages of grief. This workshop includes a variety of mindfulness practices, including yoga, intentional physical support, meditation and mantras. You'll also participate in a creative ritual to honor your loved one.
In-person workshop will take place on November 1st, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Virtual workshop will take place on November 1st, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Location TBD.
